UNITRONIX introduces Evoc's 2.5” Pico-ITX Single Board Computer |
Unitronix announces the EC2-1711CLDNA from Evoc Intelligent Technology Co. The EC21711CLDNA is an ultra-small footprint, low power, fanless single board computer in the Pico-ITX form factor with an Onboard Intel® Silverthorne-XL 1.1G 400MHz/1.6G 533MHz CPU... Smaller than existing ATX, BTX and ITX form factors, the Pico-ITX form factor is the latest advance in mainboard design. The Pico-ITX form factor focuses on enhancing power efficiency, thermal management and feature integration at both the silicon and platform levels. The Pico-ITX mainboard form factor is designed to enable system developers and OEMs to create smaller, lighter, quieter and even more mobile devices than ever before, and open up a new world of possibilities across multiple embedded PC, system and appliance segments. |

The EC2-1711CLDNA supports up to 2GB DDR2 SO-DIMM RAM and, 1 x Serial ATA plus 1 x Micro SD. It features an array of I/O including 2 x USB, 2 x COM (COM 1 supports RS-232/422/485 mode and wake-up function), and AC97 available interface of speaker out, line-in and microphone-in - as well as DVI-D and 1 x 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet interface. It also features a Hardware Monitor which monitors CPU, temperature, voltage etc, and Watchdog Timer with 1-255 sec/min system reset or interrupt, setup by software. |
