The ACS-R5401FL is a fanless rugged server with an operational temperature of up to 55 degrees Celcius.    Coolshell Servers:

Themis' CoolShell™ bladed server technology combines commercial motherboards with novel packaging techniques, to achieve a new level of performance, reliability and maintainability. The resulting open-architecture computing platform is ideally suited for challenging environments. CoolShell blades consist of sealed, conduction cooled "shells" that include their own impeller assemblies, drawing cooling air over integrated heat exchangers. The resultant Field Replaceable Units (FRU's) are in turn integrated into a robust, totally passive rack-mounting enclosure with front panel only accessibility. The complete system optimizes Space, Weight and Power (SWAP), as well as Reliability, Availability and Service (RAS), while reducing Total Cost of Ownership.

Themis CoolShell CS-3U:
The CoolShell CS-3U blades install directly into a 3RU high subrack. The 3RU subrack accommodates up to three CoolShell blades and two Intel® Xeon® sockets. Each subrack includes a backplane, N+1 redundant power supplies (PSU's) and a large compliment of I/O. The CoolShell Subrack provides internal cable management, minimizing total cost of ownership.

Themis CoolShell CS-5U:
CoolShell blades install directly into a 5RU high subrack. The 5RU subrack accommodates up to four CoolShell blades with up to sixteen x86 Intel® or AMD® multi-core sockets. Each subrack includes a backplane, N+1redundant power supplies (PSUs) and redundant 10Gbit Ethernet switches. CoolShell processing modules communicate with each other and the outside system via the integrated 10Gigabit Ethernet. The external ports are capable of scaling down to 100Mbit Ethernet. CoolShell Power Supply Units are hot swappable. The CoolShell Subrack provides internal cable management, minimizing total cost of ownership.
